Q: What quality documentation comes with each shipment?

Every shipment includes: COA from accredited third-party lab; Certificate of Origin; Health Certificate; EUR.1 Movement Certificate (EU shipments); Phytosanitary Certificate; Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading. Halal/Organic/Kosher certs for certified lines.

Q: What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T (bank transfer) and L/C at sight. First-time buyers: 30% advance + 70% against BL copies. Established buyers may negotiate open-account terms. We invoice in EUR or USD.

Q: Which ports do you ship from and what are the transit times?

We ship from Gemlik, Izmir (Alsancak) and Istanbul (Ambarlı) ports. Transit: North Europe 10–14 days; UK 8–12 days; Gulf 14–20 days; US East Coast 22–28 days; Japan/Korea 28–35 days; Australia 32–40 days. Production lead time: 2–4 weeks from order confirmation.

Yes. NDA on day one, product selection, label design/adaptation, full regulatory compliance, sample production, full production with QC, DDP shipment. MOQ: 1,000 retail units. Lead time: 4–6 weeks from sample approval.

Q: Can you supply certified organic olive oil?

Yes. EU Organic (Reg. 2018/848) and USDA NOP certified EVOO and table olives. Fully segregated production. 20–35% premium over conventional EVOO. Lead time 6–8 weeks.

Q: Do you offer EUR invoicing and preferential customs documentation?

Yes — we invoice in EUR for European buyers. As an established Turkish exporter, we can arrange EUR.1 Movement Certificates through Turkish customs authorities for shipments that qualify for preferential import tariffs. Contact us with your specifics to confirm documentation for your shipment.

What quality documentation comes with each shipment? +

Every shipment includes: (1) Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an accredited third-party laboratory — testing acidity, peroxide, UV, polyphenols, fatty acid profile, heavy metals, and pesticide residues; (2) Certificate of Origin (COO) from Turkish authorities; (3) Health Certificate from the Turkish Ministry of Agriculture; (4) Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading; (5) Phytosanitary Certificate where required. What are your payment terms? +

We accept T/T (bank transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight. For first-time buyers, standard terms are 30% advance payment upon order confirmation + 70% against Bill of Lading copies. Established buyers with an order history may negotiate open-account terms. We invoice in EUR or USD. We do not require 100% prepayment for established relationships.

We ship from Gemlik Port, Izmir (Alsancak) Port, and Istanbul (Ambarlı) Port. Can you supply certified organic olive oil? +

Yes. We supply EU Organic certified (Regulation 2018/848) and USDA NOP certified extra virgin olive oil and table olives. Our organic products are produced in fully segregated facilities with dedicated equipment to prevent cross-contamination. Full supply chain documentation and organic certificate chain of custody are provided. Organic pricing carries a 20–35% premium over conventional EVOO. Lead time is 6–8 weeks due to the additional certification steps.

Do you offer EUR invoicing and preferential customs documentation? +

What is the difference between Gemlik olives and other Turkish table olives? +

Gemlik is a geographically-protected olive variety grown in the Gemlik basin near Bursa, Turkey. It is considered the finest Turkish table olive for several reasons: its oil content (28–35%) is among the highest of any table olive variety, giving it a uniquely rich and buttery flavor; it is naturally cured in brine without the use of lye (NaOH), which preserves its natural bitterness and complexity; its thin skin and meaty flesh give it an exceptional texture. The deep purple-black color is entirely natural — no added coloring. Gemlik olives are the choice of premium European, Gulf, and Asian markets.
